Discord integration

Use Discord webhooks to post ThisIsDown status alerts into a server channel.

What you need​

  • Permission to manage webhooks in the Discord channel.
  • A Discord webhook URL.

Setup​

  1. Open the channel settings in Discord.
  2. Go to Integrations → Webhooks.
  3. Create a webhook and copy its URL.
  4. Paste it into ThisIsDown.
  5. Send a test message and save the integration.

Troubleshooting​

  • Discord webhook URLs usually start with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.
  • If the webhook was deleted in Discord, create a new one and update ThisIsDown.
