FireHydrant integration

ThisIsDown supports FireHydrant through API-key incident creation and Signals webhook ingestion.

API key mode​

Use this mode when you want ThisIsDown to create FireHydrant incidents.

  1. Open FireHydrant Integrations → APIs.
  2. Create or copy an API key.
  3. In ThisIsDown, set mode to api_key.
  4. Paste the API key.
  5. Optionally set the API base URL, for example https://api.eu.firehydrant.io.
  6. Send a test and save.

Signals webhook mode​

Use this mode when you want to send events into a FireHydrant Signals ingestion URL.

  1. Copy the Signals webhook URL from FireHydrant.
  2. In ThisIsDown, set mode to signals_webhook.
  3. Paste the webhook URL.
  4. Send a test and save.

Custom payload data​

Custom payload data must be valid JSON. ThisIsDown merges it into the provider payload where supported.
