Freshdesk integration

Use Freshdesk to open tickets for outages and recoveries.

Setup​

  1. Copy your Freshdesk domain, for example your-company.freshdesk.com.
  2. Create or copy an API key from your Freshdesk profile.
  3. Choose a requester email for created tickets.
  4. Paste all values into ThisIsDown.
  5. Send a test and save.

Troubleshooting​

  • The requester email should be valid in Freshdesk.
  • Confirm the API key can create tickets.
