Freshservice integration

Use Freshservice to open operational tickets from ThisIsDown alerts.

Setup​

  1. Copy your Freshservice domain.
  2. Create or copy an API key.
  3. Choose a requester email.
  4. Paste all values into ThisIsDown.
  5. Send a test and save.

Troubleshooting​

  • Make sure the requester exists or can be created by Freshservice.
  • Confirm that the API key can create tickets.
