Generic Webhook integration

Use Generic Webhook to deliver normalized ThisIsDown alert payloads to any HTTPS endpoint.

Setup

1. Create an HTTPS endpoint in your system.
2. Paste the endpoint URL into ThisIsDown.
3. Optionally add a shared secret.
4. Send a test and save.

Security

Use HTTPS only, rotate shared secrets regularly, and avoid logging full payloads if your endpoint stores sensitive routing data.
