Opsgenie integration

Use Opsgenie to create alerts for outages and degraded services.

Setup​

  1. Create an API integration in Opsgenie.
  2. Copy the API key.
  3. Choose the region: us or eu.
  4. Paste the key and region into ThisIsDown.
  5. Send a test and save.

Troubleshooting​

  • Use eu if your Opsgenie API endpoint is api.eu.opsgenie.com.
  • Check that the API key has permission to create alerts.
