PagerDuty integration

Use PagerDuty to create incidents from critical ThisIsDown alerts.

What you need​

  • A PagerDuty service.
  • An Events API v2 integration key.

Setup​

  1. Open the PagerDuty service.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Add or open an Events API v2 integration.
  4. Copy the routing key.
  5. Paste it into ThisIsDown as the Integration Key.
  6. Send a test and save.

Troubleshooting​

  • PagerDuty routing keys are service-specific.
  • If alerts create incidents in the wrong service, check which service owns the key.
