Microsoft Teams integration

Use Microsoft Teams incoming webhooks to send ThisIsDown alerts to a Teams channel.

Setup​

  1. Open the Teams channel where alerts should appear.
  2. Add or configure an incoming webhook connector.
  3. Copy the generated webhook URL.
  4. Paste the URL into ThisIsDown.
  5. Send a test alert before saving.

Troubleshooting​

  • Confirm that webhook connectors are allowed by your Microsoft 365 tenant policy.
  • If the connector is removed from Teams, rotate the URL in ThisIsDown.
