Webex integration

Use Webex incoming webhooks to send ThisIsDown alerts to a Webex space.

Setup​

  1. Create an incoming webhook in Webex.
  2. Select the space that should receive alerts.
  3. Copy the webhook URL.
  4. Paste it into ThisIsDown.
  5. Send a test and save.

Troubleshooting​

  • Confirm that the webhook is still active in Webex.
  • If the space changes, generate a new webhook and update ThisIsDown.
