Zendesk integration
Use Zendesk to create support tickets when monitored services have incidents.
What you need
- Your Zendesk workspace URL, for example
https://yourcompany.zendesk.com. - The email address used for Zendesk API authentication.
- A Zendesk API token.
Setup
- Open Zendesk Admin Center.
- Enable API token access if needed.
- Create an API token.
- In ThisIsDown, paste the workspace URL, email, and token.
- Send a test and save.
Troubleshooting
- The workspace URL should include
https://. - Use an API token, not your Zendesk password.
- If ticket creation fails, verify that the user has permission to create tickets.
